There is a gap in the market for background checked, bonded and insured businesses that provide professional and comprehensive home watch visits.

We check the interior and exterior of your property in greater detail than you should expect from your neighborhood watch program. We utilize comprehensive software for reporting with geo-fencing and time stamp.

It is best practice to have your property checked once a week or at a minimum once every 2 weeks.  

We are not a home sitting company.  Our services includes periodic visits to your home, where we will follow a checklist which has been mutually agreed upon. Each visit to your home is scheduled for up to an hour, ensuring your home is properly cared for.
