Linda Serrapica is a Retired New York City Police Sergeant and a proud Military Veteran.  She has dedicated her life to helping others in their time of need.   As a prior soldier, she understands the worries and concerns that people have when they are away from home.  She wants to help others feel comfortable and at ease while you allow her to take ProperCare of your home.  She is reliable, trustworthy, and disciplined.  She works with integrity and honesty so that you do not have to worry about a thing.   She loves to exercise and spend time outdoors in the Florida sun.

Doreen Reis is co-owner and operator of ProperCare Home Services LLC, a home watch and concierge company. Doreen has worked in the Behavior Analysis field for the past 10 years and has managed personal and private residential and commercial rental properties both in and out of state for the past 9 years. 

She has a drive to help others, and has been described as loyal, reliable, and trustworthy.  She has the knowledge and experience of managing personal real estate and understands the difficulties of providing proper care to a home when you are miles away.  Her mission is to provide peace of mind to homeowners so they can enjoy their day to day lives knowing their homes have ProperCare.  

Doreen received professional home watch training through the Home Watch Academy where she receives continuing education to stay up to date with changes in the industry.
